濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院代謝與神經(jīng)精神疾病研究所于2012年8月組建成立。2013年12月獲批山東省醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生神經(jīng)精神藥理重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。研究所以神經(jīng)精神疾病與代謝疾病的基礎(chǔ)與臨床、情緒認(rèn)知障礙的神經(jīng)環(huán)路結(jié)構(gòu)和功能異常、以及神經(jīng)保護(hù)、重塑與再生為主要研究方向。研究所擁有獨(dú)立的轉(zhuǎn)基因動物繁育設(shè)施和SPF動物房，具備從整體動物到組織、細(xì)胞和分子水平的研究平臺和技術(shù)力量，建立了神經(jīng)精神行為、分子神經(jīng)解剖、神經(jīng)電生理、神經(jīng)化學(xué)及細(xì)胞分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。同時(shí)研究所整合心理門診和記憶門診的臨床資源，將基礎(chǔ)研究與臨床研究相結(jié)合，促進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)研究成果向臨床應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)化。
The Institute for Metabolic and Neuropsychiatric Disorders (IMND) at Binzhou Medical University was established in August 2012. The Institute was awarded the Key Laboratory of Neuropharmacology in December 2013 by Shandong Provincial Department of Health. The research activities at IMND involve basic and clinic studies of metabolic and neuropsychiatric disorders, identifying neural circuits sensitive to metabolic signals, defining their roles in neuroprotection, neurogenesis and neuroplasticity, and exploring novel mechanisms underlying depression, anxiety and memory dysfunction or loss. IMND has independent SPF mouse housing, breeding and behavioral testing cores, possesses cellular and molecular research platforms and well-equipped neuroanatomical, neurochemical and electrophysiology laboratories. The Institute also integrates the Psychiatric Clinic and Memory Disorders Clinic resources, combines the basic and clinical research and promotes translation of basic research to clinical application.
